The ruling class does not care about the slave class, and its
becoming more apparent by the day. After a chemical spill in the
Delaware River, the authorities told people the water was still
safe to drink.
The City of Philadelphia says it is now confident tap water from
the Baxter Drinking Water Treatment Plant will remain safe to drink
until at least 11:59 p.m. Monday following a chemical spill in the
Delaware River, according to a report byCNN.
There has not been any
contamination in the Philadelphia water system, Mike Carroll, the
citys deputy managing director for transportation, infrastructure,
and sustainability, told reporters. We have enough water to sustain
a safe use for drinking, cooking all purposes through till at least
11:59 p.m., Monday, March 27, Carroll said. The potential for
contamination is diminishing over time.
Trinseo PLC, which owns the
facility where the spill occurred, said in a statement on its
website Sunday that this chemical spill appears to be the result of
equipment failure.
These toxic spills have been starting to look more intentional
than coincidental.
The chemical spill was reported Friday night.
As has been reported, on
Friday night a chemical spill occurred in Bristol Township, Bucks
County which released contaminants into the Delaware River, Mike
Carroll the citys deputy managing director for transportation,
infrastructure, and sustainability said. The Philadelphia Water
Department (PWD) became aware of this through the Delaware Valley
Early Warning System (EWS) and has been evaluating the situation
since that time to understand potential impacts to the public.

York-based artist Tigran Tsitoghdzyan explores this phenomenon in
his ongoing series of hyperrealistic portraits, titled
Mirror. Rendered in a limited grayscale color palette,
these paintings depict different women covering their faces with
their hands. Except, rather than hiding their features, we are able
to see through their hands.
Tsitoghdzyan was inspired to embark on this series after seeing
the rise of selfies among young people, particularly younger women.
The filters became so popular that many girls can't imagine posting
a selfie unfiltered, he tells My Modern Met. The cellphone cameras
even have algorithms and recognize the selfie through a filter on
your face. The young generation doesn't like camera pictures
anymore as they are so used to seeing themselves through their
phone.
This idea of what people filtered and embellished on their faces
led Tsitoghdzyan to Mirror. Each of these black and white
paintings focuses on the head of an individual, which has been
blown up to an extremely large scale of at least 7 feet, and
sometimes bigger. Using traditional techniques, Tsitoghdzyan
portrays each figure in an idealized wayhiding the texture of their
skin, and enhancing their makeup where necessary so they seem
naturally perfect. Covering the face with your hands is the most
natural movement we do to hide anything since our childhood, but I
still wanted to see the faces throughquestioning what we hide and
what we share, he explains.

Jon Young, deeply wise about our ancestral practices, the job
of a culture is to support meaningful connection. This is what
traditional cultures do. They connect community members to
ancestors, to future generations, and to the natural world.
Individuals are connected to their deeper evolved nature and to one
another.
What does it mean to be connected? Connection is about sharing
our deeper selves, our beingness, with one another. We are fully
present emotionally and mentally. We tune into our species evolved
capacities for attunement to the world.
According to Jon, western civilization is a
disconnection machine, disconnecting us from ourselves, from one
another, and from Nature. The dominant civilization shuts down the
individual self, thwarting its development and its connectedness.
The dominant civilization focuses on the conscious mind and
alienates it from the deeper self. Disconnectedness from self is
accompanied by disconnection from others. After all, we find
ourselves in our relationships with others.
Jon Young learned humanitys deep ways of connecting that have
been practices for hundreds of thousands of years among our
cousins, the San of the Kalahari, whose ancestors are all of our
ancestors. They still practice ways of living and being that match
up with our deeper human propensities. You could say that they

When people say live life to the full theyre

But first, what is plant propagation? Its the
process of reproducing flora from a single-plant parent. There are
multiple ways to do it. Here, we'll go over which approach is the

Before you know it, youll have many plant babies ready to grow

Plant propagation is the act of reproducing a plant from a

New Systematic Review and Meta-Analysis
Believe Its a Possibility
Previous researchhas indicated
that
microRNAs(miRNAs) are strongly
associated with the development of autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
and affect gene expression related to different neurological
pathways involved in the disorder. MicroRNAs are a family of
molecules that helps cells control the types and amounts of
proteins they make. Found in the bloodstream and other body fluids,
these molecules help control gene expression. A new systematic
review and meta-analysis of 27 trials investigateddysregulated miRNAs in ASD, looked at their
associations with ASD clinical manifestations, and evaluated miRNA
measurement in biofluids from individuals with ASD. The team behind
this analysis discovered that the most frequently dysregulated
miRNAs in patients with ASD were
miR-451a, miR-144-3p, miR-23b,
miR-106b, 150-5p, 320a, 92a-2-5p, and 486-3p. Each of these miRNAs
can be considered candidates for ASD biomarkers. However, the key
finding of this study shows that miR-451 is one of the most
frequently dysregulated miRNAs and is the only one associated with
impaired social interaction in more than one study. Additionally,
it was discovered that miR-451 can be isolated in saliva, making it
the most promising miRNA to detect and measure. Even though
behavioral signs of ASD are present during the toddler stage of
development, ASD is not typically diagnosed before age 3 or 4.
Presently, the only means of diagnosing autism is by observation of
development using neurodevelopmental evaluations. Finding a
biomarker that can detect the disorder at birth is desperately
needed for early intervention which can lead to optimal
developmental outcomes. The authors concluded that saliva is the
best biological fluid for miRNA measurement since it is relatively
easy to obtain from children compared to other biological fluids
like blood. They also believe that among the most dysregulated
miRNAs in individuals with ASD, miR-451a is the most relevant to
clinical practice and is associated with impaired social
interaction in patients with ASD. The authors point out that Its
presence in saliva makes miR-451 a strong candidate to be a future
miRNA biomarker for autism.

Cryptocurrency has taken the world by storm, and its popularity
continues to grow. With more and more people investing in altcoins,
its important to stay on top of your investments and track them
effectively. This is where altcoin tracking tools come in. These
tools provide a range of benefits that can help you keep a close
eye on your crypto assets and make informed decisions. From
real-time market data to portfolio management features,
cryptocurrency tracking tools can give you the edge you need to
succeed in this fast-paced industry. In this article, well explore
the many benefits of using a cryptocurrency tracking tool and how
it can help you take your investments to the next level. So,
whether youre a seasoned investor or just starting out, read on to
discover why an altcoin tracking tool should be part of your
investment strategy.
Real-time Tracking of Cryptocurrency Prices
One of the significant advantages of using a cryptocurrency
tracking tool is the ability to monitor real-time prices of various
cryptocurrencies. The prices of cryptocurrencies can be volatile
and change rapidly, making it difficult to keep track of the
market. With a tracking tool, you can stay up-to-date with the
latest price movements of your favorite cryptocurrencies. These
tools provide real-time data on the market, which allows you to
make informed decisions about buying or selling your digital
assets.
Apart from real-time data, cryptocurrency tracking tools also
provide historical data that can help you track price trends over
time. By analyzing price trends, you can predict future market
movements and make more informed investment decisions. For
instance, if you notice that the price of a particular
cryptocurrency has been consistently rising over the last few
months, you may want to consider investing in it.
In summary, real-time tracking of cryptocurrency prices is an
essential feature of any cryptocurrency tracking tool. It provides
you with the necessary data to make informed investment decisions
and stay ahead of the market.
Portfolio Management
Another significant benefit of using a cryptocurrency tracking
tool is the ability to manage your crypto portfolio effectively.
These tools provide various features that can help you keep track
of your investments and make adjustments as needed. For instance,
you can add all your cryptocurrencies to the tracking tool and
monitor their performance in real-time.
Portfolio management features also allow you to track your
profits and losses. By tracking your profits and losses, you can
see which cryptocurrencies are performing well and which ones are
not. This information can help you make informed decisions about
buying or selling your digital assets.
Another essential portfolio management feature is the ability to
set investment goals. You can set targets for the amount of profit
you want to make or the percentage increase you want to s...

When the Russians began developing their Poseidon doomsday
weapon a number of years ago, our leaders didnt take the threat
very seriously. But now the Russians are actually
manufacturing Poseidons, and the North Koreans just tested their
own version. Once someone decides to actually use such a
weapon, our world will never be the same again. Sadly, most
Americans have absolutely no idea how vulnerable we are. Most
of us just continue to party like the good times will
never end, but meanwhile, our enemies are literally preparing to
fight World War III.
I wish that I could get people to understand that millions of
Americans could suddenly die on a single day if a cataclysmic war
erupts.
Of course, we have become well acquainted with tragedy in recent

entire communities were completely wiped out.

Environmentalist Margot Paez describes her own
Bitcoin journey and how inclusivity is not mere woke ideology.
As Bitcoiners, we often repeat the mantra Bitcoin fixes this and
truly, it does solve many problems. The issue with this phrase is
not whether Bitcoin fixes things, but asking, for whom? If we find
ourselves in an echo chamber, then were gatekeeping the benefits of
Bitcoin and what it can do for everyone.
Margot Paez is a brilliant environmentalist and an outspoken
Bitcoiner. Paez received masters degrees in physics and
ethnomusicology and is currently finishing a PhD in civil
engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology. She has proven
to be one of the MVPs in Bitcoin due to her extensive research on
the intersection of Bitcoin mining and energy usage. She continues
to generously give her time and resources to provide an
intricate framework for influencing bipartisan Bitcoin
policy.
Paez delivers a unique perspective that is unmatched in the
Bitcoin space. In October 2022, Paez spoke on a panel appropriately
titled, Can
Bitcoin Help Save The Planet? at the U.K. Bitcoin Conference in
Scotland. Not only did she contribute jaw-dropping facts related to
Bitcoin mining and the environment, but she did so in a way that
was eloquent and accessible. She is a passionate Bitcoiner in a
community where various subcultures can, at times, obscure
important truths. Paez does an incredible job at helping to make
Bitcoin for everyone.
She and I had the opportunity to discuss a few hot topics, such
as Bitcoin mining and energy consumption, whether Bitcoin is truly
as bad as many progressives think it is and whether or not there is
a male-dominated skew in Bitcoin.
How did you first learn about Bitcoin and what
specifically drew you to it?
I first learned about Bitcoin in the early 2010. It was either a
Slashdot post or when WikiLeaks decided to use Bitcoin after
(Julian) Assange was shut out of the banking system. There were
Bitcoiners at the Audit The Fed rally that happened at Occupy Los
Angeles. There were two things from that event that I remember.
First, someone had a Bitcoin sticker on their belongings, which I
photographed, and second, people burning dollar bills, which I also
filmed.
Occupy brought people from many different backgrounds together
through their mutual hatred of the banks. Sometime before 2014, I
actually tried mining bitcoin, but really didn't get the point and
thought it was just another random, open-source project. I was
interested in hardware and mesh networks at the time and didn't
think there was much more to money than some people not having
enough of it.
This all changed in 2018 when I saw content creators being
deplatformed. Some were creators who I was sympathetic toward and

A World Economic Forum insider has been caught boasting
that the Silicon Valley Bank crash was an orchestrated plot that
went to plan perfectly and the crash will have a domino effect on
the banking industry, leading to a global financial
meltdown.
Its been a crazy few days for the banking industry. Specifically,
for Silicon Valley Bank and its shareholders, as it went from
supposedly stable and solvent, to closed down by the regulators in
the space of just over 24 hours.
And it appears the domino effect has begun already, with Signature
Bank in New York closed by regulators citing systemic risk.
Anyone who thinks the SV Bank collapse was a coincidence has not
been paying attention to the details. The hidden hands at work here
have left their fingerprints all over this one. And when it comes
to this amount of money, there are no coincidences. Meet Joseph
Gentile, an executive at SV Bank. Do you know where Joseph Gentile
worked before he was at Silicon Valley Bank? He was the chief
financial officer at Lehmann Brothers, which was the largest bank
to crash in US history.
In the late twelfth and early thirteenth century there lived a
mechanically inclined polymath named Badi al-Zaman
Abu-l-Izz Ibn Ismail Ibn al-Razzaz al-Jazari, whom we might
prefer simply to call Al-Jazari. A resident of Diyar-Bakir, in
modern-day Turkey, he was employed as a court engineer, and indeed,
proved to be the finest engineer for which a Mesopotamian ruler of
that era could hope. He worked out a variety of functional
camshafts, crankshafts, pumps, fountains, and clocks, not to
mention his more ambitious designs, including a host of humanoid
automata meant to handle tasks like serving beverages and even
playing music.
Lying between the practical and the fanciful are such
Al-Jazarian inventions as the perpetual flute, a diagram of which
you can
see at the site of the Metropolitan Museum of Art. Involving
two adjacent tanks, each with a plug attached to a chain, the setup
would work when the pipe on an axle with a bowl fills with water
from a channel at the upper right and tips so that water flows into
one tank. The air in the tank is thus forced through a pipe
attached to a jar that plays a flute until the tank is filled. Then
the pipe tilts to fill the other tank with water, causing the other
flute to play. Like a pre-modern Rube Goldberg, Al-Jazari created
mechanical concepts that are better seen than explained, and

We wont share the more extreme things hes said on the matter,
but in a recent protracted rant, he complained that trans woman and

As well as the usual tropes youd expect him to fall back on
(which he did), that well-known expert on what women do or dont do
claimed that a woman wouldnt ask another woman for tampons in a
public toilet or even for toilet paper, if their stall had

Wrong and wrong again. But his weird assumption did

What happens to make that okay, so you can pull

Pulp Fiction will likely hold up generations from now,
but the resonance of its title may already be lost to history. Pulp
magazines, or the pulps, as they were called, once held special
significance for lovers of adventure stories, detective and science
fiction, and horror and fantasy. Acquiring the name from the cheap
paper on which they were printed, pulp magazines might be said, in
large part, to have shaped the pop culture of our contemporary
world, publishing respected authors like H.G. Wells and Jules Verne
and many an unknown newcomer, some of whom became household names
(in certain houses), like Isaac Asimov, Arthur C. Clarke, and
Philip K. Dick.
Beginning in the late 19th century, the pulps opened up the
publishing space that became flooded with comic books and popular
novels like those of Stephen King and Michael Crichton in the
latter half of the twentieth century.
Creating a food forest in your own backyard is a
great way to produce your own food, reduce your carbon footprint,
and create a sustainable living environment. A food forest is a
low-maintenance, sustainable system that mimics a natural forest
ecosystem, with layers of plants that work together to provide food
and other benefits.
In this article, we will discuss the steps you can
take to create a food forest in your own backyard.
Step 1: Assess Your Site
The first step in creating a food forest is to
assess your site. Look at the soil type, topography, climate, and
existing vegetation to determine which plants will thrive in your
environment. Consider the amount of sunlight your site receives
each day, as well as any natural water sources or drainage
patterns. You may also want to conduct a soil test to determine the
pH and nutrient levels.
Assessing your site is a crucial step in creating a
food forest, as it will impact the success of your project. You
need to consider several factors such as soil type, topography,
climate, and existing vegetation.
Soil type: The soil type will
determine what kind of plants will thrive in your area. For
example, if you have sandy soil, you will need to choose plants
that are adapted to grow in that environment. To determine your
soil type, you can conduct a soil test and look at the soil
texture.
Topography: The topography of your
site will impact the water flow and drainage patterns. You need to
consider how water flows through your site and where it collects.
This will help you design your food forest to capture and manage
water efficiently. Another important point here is concealment.
Using the terrain in your favor you can avoid many problems.
Climate: The climate of your area
will determine what kind of plants will grow well. You need to
consider the average temperature, rainfall, and growing season. You
can research your areas USDA hardiness zone to determine which
plants are suitable for your area.
Existing vegetation: You need to
consider the plants that are already growing in your area. If you
have a lot of trees, you may need to design your food forest around
them. You can also incorporate existing vegetation into your food
forest design and choose plants that complement them.
By assessing your site, you can determine which plants will
thrive in your area and create a food forest that is sustainable
and low maintenance. It is important to choose plants that are
adapted to your area to ensure the success of your food forest.
Choose your plants
Once you have assessed your site, you can start choosing the
plants you want to include in your food.........

VENICE BEACH, Calif. Acoustic guitar busker Shelly Martinez is
questioning her artistic authenticity after receiving a whopping
$3.60 for one day of busking, fellow musicians reported.
Famous people always say that success changes a person, but I
never understood that until I counted the cash in my ratty-ass gig
bag after four hours of playing and singing, said Martinez, whose
ancient acoustic guitar is mostly wood filler at this point. Do you
know what this means? I can order a McDouble for $3.20 and add
shredded lettuce for 29 cents, the broke persons Big Mac. But now
Im afraid money is clouding my judgment. I added more covers of
Sublime into my setlist because that seems to get me the most
coinage. Im really going to have to do some soul-searching to see
if Ive become another corporate stooge.
Fans of Shellys creative fingerstyle guitar renditions are
doubting her ability to stay true to the music after this financial
windfall.
Shes a sellout, plain and simple. I will plug my ears with my
fingers whenever I walk by her on the boardwalk, stated Max Dorren,
former contributor to Maximumrocknroll. Make no mistake about it if
you accept money in any form to create or perform music, you are a
piece of shit. Shelly is dead to me. She is exploiting an art form
for financial gain. When you think about it, shes basically
committing genocide.
Music industry insiders are secretly competing to sign Martinez
in the hopes of creating the next Jewel.
I know talent when I see it, and my pupils had big-ass dollar
signs in them when I strolled past Shelly Martinez, said VP of
Talent at RCA Records Thomas Huber. Shes going to be huge. Ill sign
her to a mammoth 8-album, $200 record deal that she cant possibly
get out of legally. Of course, recording budgets will come out of
that, so shell be in debt to RCA until 2077. But Ill make sure she
writes music fitting for Volkswagen commercial royalties, so itll
all be fine. Or not. I dont care.
At press time, Martinez was utterly devastated when she realized
she forgot to account for sales tax when attempting to buy her
pseudo-Big Mac.
Listen, Bartherr I mean Agramon, your mother and I love you very
much. We are both so proud of the kvlt metal staple youve become in
your internet heavy metal community, but we both think its about
time you take it upon yourself to start patching up your battle
vest on your own.
Now dont get us wrong, your mother and I have enjoyed taking
virtually every weekend for the past 20 years to make sure your
Dissection and Bathory patches are in prime, non-poser locations on
your vest, but now that youre 34 years old, we just think youd
benefit from taking pride in your own work for once.
And dont go bothering gam-gam to sew for you, her orderlies have
agreed to ignore any attempts of you reaching out to her.
Anyways, learning to use the sewing machine could be super fun!
Plus, all of your metal idols patch up their own vests! You are
well aware of the fact that Fenriz has fans in droves that would
literally kill for a chance to patch up a battle vest for him. But
you know what? He chooses to do it himself when hes sober enough to
do so because he knows thats the only way trve metalheads
do it. And dont you want to be trve, son?
And Arga, we cant sit here and deny the fact that your baby
sister Sheila has done a killer, all-Iron Maiden patched vest and
shes just graduating middle school. Dont take this as a jab towards
you, son, but shes sewing at an expert level in the 8th grade,
while your mother and I are putting the finishing touches to your
vest while you drink beer and play Skyrim all day.
I know it might be difficult to see the issue here, but youre an
adult, and its time to start sewing band patches on your vest in
cub scout uniform fashion like one.
Just about every study reveals that 9 out of every 10 Americans
are unsatisfied with where they are in life. But theres good news!
Its never too late to start over, begin a rewarding career, and
find true happiness. Unless youre over the age of 35. In which
case, pack it in.
Sure, you can try to hit that reset button if youre getting up
there in age. Just remember that the world is no longer your oyster
if youre old enough to have rented The Pelican Brief from
Blockbuster in 1995. That ship has sailed.
Plus, starting over is hard. Youve got bills to pay. If you
vividly remember the Clinton administration, 9/11, or worse yet,
the Macarena, you should absolutely stop Googling how to become a
sports broadcaster for the Chicago Bulls with little to no
experience. Stick it out with what youve got.
Its not your fault either. Society just isnt ready for an elder
intern whose sole job is to post memes on the companys social media
account. Its not you. Its them. And Twitter. Also TikTok. Facebook
is your home now. Embrace it.
Starting over also means youd have to possibly accept an
entry-level position and take less money with no medical benefits.
Youd need to consult your lower back pain and monthly car payment
before making these types of swooping life changes.
And now that youre at the age where you think about a 401(k) and
actually know what that means, itd be really hard to put that on
pause and start that Etsy shop where you sell decorative throw
pillows in the shape of Danny DeVitos face. Is the potential for
happiness really more important than compound interest?
Look on the bright side. If youre 35, you only have 30 more
miserable years before you retire and then a couple more years
after that until you croak. Actually, thats a really long time. Go
ahead and start over. What else are you going to do?
BOSTON Berklee College of Music professor Edwin Bruckner
recently compiled several examples of humorous, offensive skits
that had originally appeared in the compositions of Mozart and
other classical composers, according to titillated colleagues.
One of the newly restored skits which appears after Number 40s
second movement features Mozart as the proprietor of a butcher
shop. When a comely young maiden examines his wares, he boasts
about how the sausage he offers is the biggest and best in all of
Vienna, and suggests she sample it, said Bruckner. This sort of
vulgar innuendo is typical of Mozarts humorous braggadocio.
Contemporary examples of self-aggrandizing comedic musical
interludes, such as those by the Wu-Tang Clan, can draw a direct
line of influence to the groundbreaking work of Amadeus and his
peers.
Philadelphia Symphony Orchestra second chair cellist Andrea
Breen believes adding the comedy bits back would generate buzz and
help energize the classical world.
Obviously, I love classical music, but I can also understand
some of the criticisms levied against it. People accuse classical
of being boring or too high brow, said Breen. I think if conductors
were to re-incorporate these ribald bits into the pieces, wed see
younger, more enthusiastic crowds coming to our performances. Im a
purist, so I want the compositions to be presented in full, crass
sketches and all. My favorite is the one where Mozart is counting a
big stack of money, ruthlessly denigrating his rivals while his
entourage laughsit would absolutely kill if people could hear
it.
Mozart biographer Antonn Gruber believes he knows why the skits
have been largely forgotten.
In my years of research, Ive managed to piece together a
compelling case pointing the finger at Mozarts musical rival
Antonio Salieri as being the scoundrel who instigated the
mass-excision of skits, explained Gruber. Salieri was a notoriously
rigid and humorless fellow with a pathological jealousy of Mozarts
compositional genius as well as his comedy writing ability. After
Mozarts death, he convinced conductors that skits were low class
and should be omitted. Eventually, due to his influence, classical
skits fell out of favor all together and composers stopped writing
them. Theyve been effectively lost to history.
At press time, Bruckner had been hired to consult on an upcoming
Rachmaninoff performance which includes a scene dramatizing the
composer horrifically taunting and torturing adversary Alexander
Scriabin.

accused his brother of.
Lets see what went down and if this kid is taking things too

AITA for refusing to let it go after my parents falsely accused
my brother of stealing from their house?
I have an older half-brother Rory (we share the same dad), I

we usually go out together. Im 15, Rory is 24 and I have two step

A few months ago some valuable items were stolen from our house.
Some jewellery, my step dads expensive watches and some cash. They
immediately accused Rory of doing it and banned me from seeing him
or talking to him. I defended Rory and I was grounded as a
result.
The accusation was false because that day Rory picked me up
outside and never came in but they didnt believe me and accused me
of lying to protect him. The police had no reason to believe it was
my brother and they didnt even consider him a suspect.
About two weeks ago the thief was found out as he did the same
thing at a relatives house and they had security cameras and
eventually confessed to stealing from us as well. It obviously was
not Rory. It was my step dads nephew who had somehow copied his key
without him noticing and used it to break in when nobody was
home.
Im angry about all of this and I asked them to apologise to both

Update (2045ET): Massive protests have erupted
across Israel tonight after PM Netanyhau fired his
Defense Minister, a day after he called on the
Israeli leader to halt a planned judicial overhaul that has
fiercely divided the country.
As a reminder, Netanyahu and his allies say the plan will
restore a balance between the judicial and executive branches and
rein in what they see as an interventionist court with liberal
sympathies. But critics say the constellation of laws will remove
the checks and balances in Israels democratic system and
concentrate power in the hands of the governing coalition.
Gallants dismissal signaled that Netanyahu will
move ahead this week with the overhaul plan, which
has sparked mass protests, angered military and business leaders
and raised concerns among Israels allies.
The country is facing the greatest danger since the
Yom Kippur War, writes former Israeli Prime
Minister Naftali Bennett.
I call on the prime minister to withdraw Galants dismissal
letter, suspend the reform and begin negotiations until after the
Day of Independence.

Deck.
The Chariot and Queen of Swords
This week we enter the month of April and continue to experience
the fire of Aries Season. When we start a new month we are given
the opportunity to pause, reflect, and reset. The cards show us how
to set ourselves up for success as we walk through new doors.
We are working with the energy of self-exploration and
reflection through The Chariot and the Queen of Swords. We access
our vulnerability and clarity of mind while navigating the world
around us.
The first card we touch down with is The Chariot. This is a
Major Arcana card and the seventh stop on the Fools Journey. The
Major Arcana are the 22 cards in tarot that follow the journey
of the Fool.
This journey depicts the cycle of ups and downs from birth to
enlightenment and back to birth. If tarot cards are signs on the
road of life, the Major Arcana cards are the flashing
billboards.
They have a loud message and speak to a significant moment in
your life. It is either a major realization, an important turning
point, or a leveling up of some kind. They represent a serious
shift in the journey to becoming your higher self.
In the Fools journey, The Chariot represents taking charge of
your life. It is about showing up as your full self, building your
strength, and taking risks.
The Chariot is not afraid to live the life that they want. They
are no longer held back by what others think or the burden of doing
what they are supposed to do. They know that life is too
short and they have decided to go for it.
A specific way this can show up with the Chariot is through
travel or expanding our world. The card calls us to life-affirming
movement and action.
Ask yourself: What are ways you can embody The Chariots energy?
Is there a dream you can start planning and saving for? What does
your spirit call to you? Where does your heart want you to go?
Take time this week to think about these questions. Write down
the places you are called to go and how you could get there. Think
practically about the steps needed and when would be the best
time.
Focus on the ways you can build up your foundation. Take care of
your body and mind, get your house in order, spend time looking at
your finances. These things will help make you feel strong and
organized. From this place, your plans will seem less like a
fantasy and more like a reality.
The Chariot is not just about imagining but actually putting
your dreams into action. The four pillars of the chariot cart point
to a solid foundation. They show us that building a strong base in
ourselves can be our launching pad to take flight.
Our second card this week is the Queen of Swords. She is a
warrior that has overcome obstacles through the force of her
courage. This card works as a catalyst for The Chariot bec...

Earlier this year, researchers from University of California San
Diego School of Medicine reported there's been a dramatic increase
in glyphosate exposure in recent decades and, subsequently, the
level found in people's bodies.1 As one would expect, the introduction of
so-called "Roundup Ready" genetically engineered (GE) crops led to
a massive increase in the use of Roundup, the active ingredient of
which is glyphosate.
Glyphosate has also become a popular tool for desiccating non-GE
grains, legumes and beans, which has further spurred the use of the
chemical. Between 1974 the year glyphosate entered the U.S. market
and 2014, glyphosate use in the U.S. increased more than
250-fold.2,3 Globally, glyphosate use has risen nearly
fifteenfold since 1996, two years after the first GE crops hit the
market.
Farmers now apply nearly 5 billion pounds (over 2 billion
kilograms) of glyphosate to farm crops each year,
worldwide.4
Approximately 300 million pounds are applied on U.S. farmland.
According to the researchers, few people had detectable levels of
glyphosate in their urine in 1993 when the study began.5 By 2016, 70% had detectable
levels.6 Overall,
between 1993 and 2016, the glyphosate levels in people's bodies
increased by 1,208%.
While Monsanto still argues that Roundup (and glyphosate in
general) is perfectly safe, mounting research tells a very
different story, which is why it's becoming increasingly crucial to
assess just how much glyphosate is in our food. Unfortunately,
while both the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) Pesticide Data
Program and the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) measure
pesticide residues in foods, neither of them includes glyphosate in
their official testing.
The USDA promised to begin glyphosate testing in 2017, yet mere
days before the testing was scheduled to begin, the plan was called
off. The reason has never been disclosed. The only time the USDA
tested for glyphosate was in 2011, when 300 soybean samples were
tested and all were found to be contaminated.
Meanwhile, the FDA began a limited testing program for
glyphosate in 2016, in which high levels of glyphosate was found in
oatmeal products and honey, but the agency did not release the
results publicly. Now, internal FDA emails obtained by...
In this 18-minute video, retired nurse educator John Campbell
details the results of a 2023 study1 demonstrating the effect that vitamin D
deficiency has on the development of Alzheimer's disease and other
forms of dementia. At this point, there is simply no question that
optimizing vitamin D levels is a crucial part of maintaining
optimal health.
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble vitamin, also referred to as
calciferol. It can be found naturally in some foods and is produced
endogenously when your skin is exposed to ultraviolet rays from the
sun. Vitamin D supplementation in the U.S. is available as vitamin
D2 (ergocalciferol) and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).2
If you're unsure of your vitamin D levels, it's important to get
tested. Seeking to optimize your vitamin D can potentially help you
live longer since low levels have been associated with an increased
risk of several health conditions,3 some of which increase your risk of premature
death.
The data demonstrating the efficacy of vitamin D in your health
continue to mount and, as Campbell notes in his presentation, This
is cheap, it's natural, it doesn't cost anything and we're not
paying thousands of dollars per year to a pharmaceutical
company.4
Vitamin D Deficiency and Dementia
The researchers in the featured study5 note that despite vitamin D deficiency having
been associated with dementia in past studies, the role it plays
remains unclear. The researchers gathered data from 12,388 persons
from the National Alzheimer's Coordinating Center who were
dementia-free and had an average age of 71 at the time of
enrollment.
The researchers measured baseline exposure to vitamin D and
compared dementia-free survival between the groups of individuals
who were exposed to vitamin D and those who were not. Vitamin D
exposure was measured as taking vitamin D3, vitamin D2 or vitamin
D3 plus calcium. The results showed that across all these groups,
exposure to vitamin D was associated with a significantly longer
time period without dementia and a lower incidence rate
overall.
The researchers controlled for other covariates such as gender,
cognitive status and apolipoprotein E (APOE) 4. As Campbell
explains,...
Three large banks failed in a single week in March 2023, and the
ripple effect could easily take down the entire banking system,
although government officials insist the banking sector "remains
strong" and that the problems faced by these banks "do not appear
to be widespread."1
Cascading Domino of Bank Failures
The cascading bank failures began March 8 with the shut down and
liquidation of the crypto bank Silvergate Capital.2 As reported by Government
Executive:3
"During 2022, Silvergate's deposit base grew dramatically,
almost doubling its assets to $210 billion. But the bank did not
have either the administrative capacity or market demand to lend
out all of the money, as banks normally do.
So, it invested the excess deposits in Treasury bonds and
mortgage investment products. But the bond purchases became a
problem as the Federal Reserve began to raise interest rates to
address inflation."
Two days later, March 10, Silicon Valley Bank (SVB) the 16th
largest bank in the U.S.4 failed. It too was invested in government
bonds, which again became a problem when customers began making
large fear-based withdrawals. This was the second largest bank
failure in U.S. history, and the largest since the financial crisis
in 2008.
Allegedly "spooked" by the failure of Silicon Valley Bank,
Signature Bank customers then withdrew more than $10 billion,
resulting in the shutdown of Signature Bank on March 12, making it
the third-largest bank failure in history.5,6
The Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) took control of
Silicon Valley Bank and Signature, and government regulators have
promised to make all customers "whole" by insuring all funds, not
just the first $250,000. In other words, government is bailing out
the banking system yet again, on the taxpayers' dime.
Within a week, Signature was bought up by Flagstar Bank, a
subsidiary of New York Community Bancorp (one of the largest banks
in the U.S.).7
According to the FDIC, anyone who had deposits at Signature Bank
will auto...

Following Saturdays NSW election, News Corp broadsheet The
Australian has updated its political map of the country,
noting that mainland Australia is now entirely Coalition-led.
Only the small island above Tasmania now has a Labor government,
meaning its wall-to-wall blue everywhere else, the papers editorial
read.
It said the map represented a shift in voter sentiment and a
sign of problems to come for the Labor Prime Minister. The alarm
bells really should be ringing for Anthony Albanese now that every
state and territory except Western Australia, South Australia,
Victoria, New South Wales, Queensland, ACT and the Northern
Territory is run by the Coalition.
Columnist Chris Kenney said the NSW election showed that voters
had shifted away from Labor. You wont see a more decisive map than
this by far the largest part is blue when you increase the size of
Tasmania twelve-fold. This is a very clear signal that Australians
want more right-wing governments. I wouldnt want to be Labor right

until he dies, his body tossed onto a pile of other small corpses
and then buried in a secret grave barely a mile from where I would
work one day. I smell the sickly scent of burning flesh as other
dead children and even living, newborn babies are incinerated in
the Christian death camp furnaces that burn day and night. I watch
as children are made blind in deadly experiments and others have
their teeth yanked out without painkillers by upstanding Canadian
doctors. I see other children battered and raped and left to starve
to death by men and women who sing Christian hymns the next Sunday
in church. I watch as Harry Wilson shows me the scar on his tongue
through which United Church minister John Andrews shoved a needle
when a young Harry spoke of the dead girl he found. I witness a
lone and stumbling survivor named William Combes, too crushed

Autism one in 36 (one in 22 boys) Its all
good
By now anyone whos interested has seen the latest upswing in the
autism rate. As usual, the underlying message is, its nothing to
worry about.
No one ever talks about more kids actually having autism. Thats
long been THE REALLY BIG LIE ABOUT AUTISM, something Ive expressly
written about over the years.
Here once again are references to greater awareness, along with
diagnosing delays due to COVID, more girls being detected, more
minority children now being diagnosed, and demographic
differencesalthough none of this could explain the latest leap from
one in 44 to one in 36.
USA Today: quotedDr. Andy
Shih, chief science officer of Autism
Speaks, who conveniently took credit for the new numbers.
Shih: This increase is really fueled by us doing a much
better job in identifying minority children with autism.
I will give USA Todays Karen Weintraub
credit for also citing Dr. Walter Zahorodny in her
story.
"No one really knows what's driving autism rates higher,"
said Zahorodny, also director of the New Jersey Autism Study
and an associate professor at Rutgers University.
For years, people have pinned rising rates on a variety of
causes, including improved awareness, reduced stigma, re-labeling
of kids, aging parents, low-birth-weight babies or C-section
deliveries. Though they all may contribute, Zahorodny thinks
something else from our contemporary environment is driving
the rates.
"This is a true increase," he
said. "It constitutes a major public health
crisis."
Weintraub even quoted Zahorodny in the headline of...

White House National Security Council spokesman John Kirby said
Sunday that President Biden is committed to staying in Syria
following a series of attacks on US bases and US airstrikes in the
country.
Heres whats not going to change the mission and ISIS is not
going to change. We have under 1,000 troops in Syria that are going
after that network, which is, while greatly diminished, still
viable and still critical. So were going to stay at that task,
Kirby said on CBS Newss Face the Nation.
When asked if President Biden was committed to keeping US troops
in Syria, Kirby replied, Thats right. Absolutely.
While Kirby says the US mission in Syria is about fighting ISIS,
the presence is part of the US effort against the government of
Syrian President Bashar al-Assad. The Syrian government opposes the
occupation of the eastern portion of Syria, which allows the US to
control most of Syrias oil resources. On top of the occupation, the
US maintains crippling economic sanctions on Syria.
The US occupation always risks sparking a wider war, as
demonstrated by the recent airstrikes. The escalation started
on Thursday when a US base in eastern Syria came under a
drone attack that killed a US contractor and wounded five US
troops.
The Pentagon claimed the drone was of Iranian origin but offered
no evidence to back up the assertion. President Biden responded by
ordering airstrikes that hit targets in Syria early Friday against
facilities the Pentagon said were used by groups affiliated with
Irans Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps, likely referring to the
Shia militias that operate in Syria.

A panel of Sky News commentators says that Labors victory in NSW
is proof that Australians are leaning more to the right.
When we see people emphatically voting out Coalition Governments
and installing Labor governments across the country, its pretty
clear that what they want is more conservative policies. Youd have
to be an idiot not to see that, host Rowan Dean said.
He dismissed demographic data showing a shift towards more
progressive parties over time. Thats just nonsense. Theres simply
no evidence, apart from the fact that they voted for one, that
people in New South Wales want a Labor government, or that people
in Victoria wanted one for that matter. What people want is right
wing policies, which is why they vote for a centre-left party.
Fellow panellist Peta Credlin said the facts spoke for
themselves. Every. Single. State. In. Australia. Has. A. Coalition.

Western Australia, Queensland, ACT and the Northern Territory.

higher than that of any
previously auctioned Hokusai piece.
Created by master engraver Katsushika Hokusai and formally
titled Under the Wave off Kanagawa, the print Christies auctioned
was one of the highest-quality versions in circulation not already
acquired by a museum. This early impression featured sharp lines in
the rolling waves and clear demarcations between the sky and cloud
formations.
The recent record-breaking auction of The Great Wave print is of
a rare and very early impression of the print, and of one of the
best impressions of this print in existence, Jacqueline...

Regressionist
Its officially Spring in North America but the entire world is now
entering into a new season under the influence of Aquarius.
Lots of water in the form of rain, hail and snow have helped clear
the stagnant energies of the past. No doubt, some of you are
feeling the urge to conduct spring cleaning in your home to help
the energies flow and make way for new and better things. The
same can be applied to your personal healing by flushing out the
old traumas of the past to make way for healing. Some times that
requires a bit of help! The realization that we are more than our
physical bodies sits at the core of our awakening. Elevation into a
higher state of awareness invites even more epiphanies and healing,
Now more than ever, methods of accelerating growth and
ascension flow into our life. Learning that our consciousness
progresses through many realms and incarnations is central to this
awakening as well. Past Life Regression is among the most powerful
tools today to catalyze healing of mind body & spirit.
Originating in antiquity of ancient Egypt and Greece, this
process offers an experience affirming an appreciation of our
eternal beingness and energetic nature. As a mode of healing,
it touches on the emotional, physical, and spiritual. In the
upcoming session, we will conduct a guided group past life
regression where you are guided to journey within, to another time,
another place where theres information to help you with a healing
goal of your choosing. The time we spend together will be a healthy
sampling of what takes place during a full 1-on-1 session. We
may even take advantage of the deep connection to our Subconscious
at that time to re-wire our mind into more empowering attitudes,
practices, and releasing significant beliefs that have held us
back. We will also strive to enhance our intuition and
connection to our higher consciousness as we journey through the
trance state....
The media has done a very good job confusing the public about
what actually happened on January 6th. This is what they want the
masses to remember, but this is NOT what January 6th was about:
