The last time a trove of leaked documents exposed U.S. spying operations around the world, the reaction from allied governments was swift and severe. In Berlin, thousands of people protested in the streets, the C.I.A. station chief was expelled, and the German chancellor told the American president that "spying on friends is not acceptable." In Paris, the American ambassador was summoned for a dressing-down. That was a decade ago, after an enormous leak of classified documents detailing American surveillance programs by ... Edward Snowden. The latest leak of classified documents that appeared online this year, the motive behind which remains unknown, has again illustrated the broad reach of U.S. spy agencies, including into the capitals of friendly countries such as Egypt, South Korea, Ukraine and the United Arab Emirates. Though the documents mainly focus on the war in Ukraine, they include C.I.A. intelligence briefs describing conversations and plans at senior levels of government in those countries, in several cases attributed to "signals intelligence," or electronic eavesdropping. The story of Bruno Brguet, one the most enigmatic figures of the shadowy battle between western security services and international violent extremists during the so-called "golden age of terrorism" in the 1970s and 1980s, has been given a new twist. A new book has revealed that in his later years Brguet served not only the infamous Illich Ramrez Snchez, better known as Carlos the Jackal, but the US government too. Brguet's spying for the CIA earned him tens of thousands of dollars, and contributed to the capture of his erstwhile boss by French secret services in 1994. The news that the CIA was prepared to hire as an agent a man like Brguet, who had been twice convicted by Israel and France for his terrorist activities and is believed to have bombed a pro-democracy radio station in Munich funded by the US government, underlines the moral and ethical questions facing intelligence services when it comes to recruiting such individuals. If anyone in the CIA balked at employing Brguet as an agent, there is no record of their concerns. For the next four years, Brguet appears to have supplied information to the CIA, possibly indirectly contributing key elements to the French intelligence operation that successfully grabbed Carlos from a clinic in Khartoum in 1994. Breguet's final mystery remains unresolved however. In 1995, the veteran extremist turned CIA agent disappeared definitively after boarding a ferry from a Greece to Italy. Was he murdered? Or did he commence a new life under a false identity?

After flying under the radar for years, the case of Genaro Garca Luna is finally raising alarms in Congress, with one of the Senate's top Republicans demanding answers about how Mexico's highest-ranking cop was able to partner with DEA and FBI, "at the time that he funneled roughly 103,000 pounds of cocaine into the United States" for the Sinaloa Cartel. Garca Luna became the most senior Mexican law enforcement official ever convicted of narco-corruption when a Brooklyn federal jury delivered a unanimous guilty verdict on a five-count indictment that charged him with taking massive bribes to enable cartel drug smuggling, kidnappings, and murders while he was in office from 2001 to 2012. Garca Luna's position involved close collaboration with U.S. anti-narcotics agencies that operate in Mexico, and it gave him discretion over the spending of hundreds of millions in American tax dollars delivered as security aid. That money was supposed to go toward fighting the cartels, but his trial showed he was leaking sensitive intelligence, protecting drug shipments, and disrupting efforts to capture ... cartel leaders. On Feb. 22, a day after the guilty verdict, Iowa Sen. Chuck Grassley sent a letter to the heads of the DEA and FBI asking what the agencies knew about Garca Luna and when, and demanding evidence ... that could shed new light on the relationship. We have long known about the F.B.I. director J. Edgar Hoover's animus toward the Rev. The Stockholm International Peace Research Institute (SIPRI) estimates that six countriesthe U.S., Russia, France, China, Germany, and Italywere responsible for 80 percent of global weapons exports from 2018 to 2022. The U.S. corporate media's first response to the leaking of secret documents about the war in Ukraine was to throw some mud in the water, declare "nothing to see here," and cover it as a depoliticized crime story about a 21-year-old Air National Guardsman who published secret documents to impress his friends. What these documents reveal, however, is that the war is going worse for Ukraine than our political leaders have admitted to us, while going badly for Russia too, so that neither side is likely to break the stalemate this year, and this will lead to "a protracted war beyond 2023," as one of the documents says. We can't help wondering what President Biden's plan could be, or if he even has one. In what amounts to a second leak that the corporate media have studiously ignored, U.S. intelligence sources have told veteran investigative reporter Seymour Hersh that they are asking the same questions, and they describe a "total breakdown" between the White House and the U.S. intelligence community. According to Hersh's report, the CIA assesses that Ukrainian officials, including President Zelenskyy, have embezzled $400 million from money the United States sent Ukraine to buy diesel fuel for its war effort, in a scheme that involves buying cheap, discounted fuel from Russia. Meanwhile, Hersh says, Ukrainian government ministries literally compete with each other to sell weapons paid for by U.S. taxpayers to private arms dealers in Poland, the Czech Republic and around the world.

A set of secret national security documents burst into public view last week. The intelligence documents appear to have entered the public domain in an unusual way someone began sharing them, starting late last year, on an obscure Discord server called Thug Shaker Central. The alleged leaker, Jack Teixeira, a member of the Massachusetts Air National Guard, was arrested. It is traditional for the government to exaggerate the alleged harms of classified information becoming public, and this appears to be happening again. The real problem isn't what's leaked, but what's classified. Almost every news story about the latest disclosures has noted that the Pentagon and other government agencies will now put tighter lids on secret documents, even though, as historian Matthew Connelly points out in his new book, "The Declassification Engine," the government already puts way too much material behind its moat. In fact, the human harm caused by unauthorized leaks is almost always inflicted by the government itself in the form of egregious prosecutions of leakers. Although Snowden, [Chelsea] Manning, and, more recently, Reality Winner, revealed secrets that the public had a right to know, the government charged all of them under the draconian Espionage Act. While Snowden sought safety in Russia, Manning served seven years in prison (she was originally sentenced to 35 years), and Winner was sentenced to more than five years for leaking just a single document.

The neoliberal globalizing paradigm is now the old. Economic nationalism is the new. Neoliberal globalization ... celebrated the profits and growth brought to both private and state-owned/operated enterprises around the world. It downplayed or ignored the other sides of globalization: (1) growing income and wealth inequalities; (2) the shift of production from old to new centers of capitalism; and (3) faster growth of output and markets in new centers than old centers. Instead of a mostly private capitalist system (like that of the U.S. or UK) or a mostly state capitalist system (like that of the USSR), places like China and India produced hybrids. Strong national governments presided over coexisting large private and state sectors to maximize economic growth. The days of the U.S. dollar as the supreme global currency are numbered. U.S. supremacy in high-tech industries must already be shared with China's high-tech industries. The U.S. empire's decline raises the question of what comes next. The most interesting possibility and perhaps the likeliest is that China and the entire BRICS (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) grouping of nations will undertake the construction and maintenance of a new world economy. The war in Ukraine has already enhanced the prospects of such an outcome by strengthening the BRICS alliance. They have the population, resources, productive capacity, connections, and accumulated solidarity to be a new pole for world economic development.

In 2010, Chelsea Manning shocked the world with leaked documents that exposed abuses and crimes committed by the United States military in Iraq. These revelations also made the publisher of those documents, Julian Assange, and his organization, WikiLeaks, household names. The U.S. government [is] charging Assange a publisher with violating the Espionage Act. Under the Espionage Act, one does not have the ability to make a public interest defense. This, along with the disruption campaign against WikiLeaks, represented the CIA's all-out war against a dissident media organization. The agency went so far as to redefine the organization as a "non-state hostile intelligence service" to carry out operations that it could never get away with against a group of journalists. It should be the subject of an intense investigation in Congress, and the Justice Department should be dropping the charges after publicly conceding that the CIA's actions mean Assange could never have a fair trial.

The U.S. has not engaged in a defensive war for nearly 80 years, instead destabilizing governments worldwide in Vietnam, the Korean Peninsula, Iraq, Afghanistan, throughout Africa and across Latin America. Correctional systems throughout much of Scandinavia are guided by a general set of philosophical principles. In Norway, core values of safety, transparency and innovation are considered fundamental to the idea of creating normality in prison, the feeling that life as part of a community continues. Incarcerated people can wear their own clothes, work in jobs that prepare them for employment and cook their own meals. Cells in Norway are also for a single person not multiple people, as in most cases in the U.S. Importantly, correctional officers have at least a two-year, university-level education and are directly involved in rehabilitation and planning for the incarcerated person's re-entry into the world outside of prison. In State Correctional Institution Chester, known as SCI Chester, a medium-security prison located just outside of Philadelphia, a correctional officer-guided team has worked since 2018 to incorporate Scandinavian penal principles into its own institution. Six men in SCI Chester each sentenced to life in prison were selected to participate. They then moved on to the new housing unit, which had come to be known as "Little Scandinavia." Washington State prisoners were recently forced to gather in a janitor's closet to organize and facilitate college education for people incarcerated in several prisons across the state. New official restrictions are jeopardizing a liberating, prisoner-led program known as Taking Education And Creating History, or TEACH. TEACH's goal is to democratize education for people with long sentences. Between community support and financial backing outside the correctional system, TEACH successfully circumvented the Department of Corrections, or DOC, policy of excluding long-term prisoners from education. Since 2013, over 300 incarcerated individuals across three state prisons have become college students. Progressively, TEACH began breaking down barriers between various racial and cultural groups contradicting administrative beliefs that the Black Prisoners Caucus would further racial tension. Prisoners who would've never interacted with one another were now sitting at tables thumbing through books, while preparing for exams. When asked how TEACH has impacted the prison environment, Darrell Jackson, co-chair of the TEACH program at Washington Correction Center, said, "It has reduced the violence in prison, while creating a positive educational community for everyone regardless of one's crime, race or affiliation." He added, "Those with lengthy sentences were given a sense of purpose, something that many are stripped of when they enter into prison."

Every weekday at 5280 High School in Denver starts the same way. Students in recovery from drug and alcohol addiction gather on the steps of the school's indoor auditorium to discuss a topic chosen by staff members. One recent morning, they talked about mental health and sobriety. The students attend Colorado's only recovery high school one of 43 nationwide. These schools are designed for students who are recovering from substance use disorder and might also be dealing with related mental health disorders. Compared with their peers at regular schools who have gone through treatment, recovery high school students have better attendance and are more likely to stay sober, and their graduation rate is at least 21% higher, according to one study. Recovery high schools often weave components of treatment into the school day activities like 5280's daily recovery program meeting. In the afternoon, the school offers wellness electives such as spiritual principles and journaling. The school also employs a director of recovery and recovery coach to work with and counsel the students individually. "The No. 1 step is just letting them know out of the gate, no matter what's going on, that we love them," said Brittany Kitchens, the school's recovery coach. "We are here for them." Kitchens teaches students how to navigate recovery and regulate their emotions. She likens herself to a hall monitor, constantly checking in with students and looking for changes in behavior.

New Monograph Explores Life and Legacy of Legendary Photographer Rodney Smith

Across his 45-year career, celebrated fashion photographer Rodney Smith took hundreds of thousands of photos. Most of his whimsical and imaginative imagery was shot on a 35mm Leica M4 before he transitioned to using a medium format Hasselblad. Smith's work was already celebrated during his lifetime, but after his passing in 2016, it's only become more clear how strong his contribution was to the history of photography.

His work has now made its way into many public collections, including the Getty Museum. So it's only fitting that their publishing branch, Getty Publications, should tackle a new monograph that examines his prolific photography career. Rodney Smith: A Leap of Faith, includes many never-before-seen photos from the New Yorker, who regularly contributed to Vanity Fair, W Magazine, and The New Yorker.

Its composition is similar to asbestos, and it is not currently considered food-grade by the FDA [7]. Research has linked talc exposure to lung problems and stomach diseases [8].

3. Hydrogenated Oil

Hydrogenated oil is a filler derived from genetically-modified (non-organic) soybeans and is present in some dietary supplements [9]. It has been linked to cardiovascular problems, diabetes, nervous system problems, and non-absorption of essential fatty acids [10]. Hydrogenated oil increases low-density lipoprotein (LDL or bad cholesterol) levels and decreases high-density lipoprotein (HDL) levels, leading to coronary heart disease (CHD) [11]. In 2010, the Dietary Guidelines for Americans called for limiting consumption of hydrogenated oil, trans fat, and solid fat [12].

On April 15, 2023, Bitcoin Magazine conducted its first-ever Ordinal inscriptions auction, putting its historic covers collection on sale. Some were excited by this new experimentation, which sought to provide buyers with a trust-minimizing experience, while others were not so happy.

David Bailey, the CEO of BTC Inc, the parent company of Bitcoin Magazine, tweeted that the worlds first Bitcoin-only magazine received harsh reaction from the Bitcoin community.

Ordinals were proposed in 2022 by developer Casey Rodarmor. Launched on Bitcoins mainnet on January 21, 2023, it is a protocol that creates an inscription whereby sats (short for satoshis, the lowest denomination of a bitcoin) can be inscribed with arbitrary data. This can include JPEG files, clips and even video games.

But the introduction of the Ordinal protocol has stirred up a controversy which has divided the Bitcoin community. While some have shown favor for the prospect of inscribing collectibles on the chain permanently assisting the flourishing of the arts in the Bitcoin space, creating monetary demand for Bitcoin blockspace, incentivizing miners and more others have expressed concerns about storing that data directl...

In recent trading sessions, the price of Litecoin has remained stagnant below a significant resistance level while Bitcoin has experienced consistent fluctuations. Although Litecoin showed a slight increase of 2% in the last 24 hours, it lost 1% over the week, indicating consolidation.

The altcoins technical outlook suggests a potential bearish takeover, as demand and accumulation for the altcoin have both declined. The crucial overhead resistance level of Litecoin has been a barrier that the coin has failed to surpass previously. In the event of another rejection over the coming trading sessions, bears could successfully take over.

As Bitcoin approaches the $30,000 mark, major altcoins are following a similar price trend. If BTC successfully crosses this resistance level, Litecoin could experience a rally. However, the market capitalization of LTC has decreased in the last 24 hours, indicating a decline in buying strength.

Litecoin Price Analysis: One-Day Chart

At the time of writing, LTC was trading at $89.58, and the overhead resistance level was at $90, which the coin has attempted to break through over the past few weeks. If LTC manages to surpass this level, it could potentially trade near the $100 mark.

However, for a recovery on the chart to occur, selling pressure needs to decrease. On the flip side, if LTC falls from the $89 mark, it could reach $88. Failing to stay above that level could drag the price down to $84. The last trading session showed a red volume of LTC traded, indicating that sellers were dominating the market.

Revolut has partnered with Koinly to integrate cryptocurrency tax report services for users.

Terra Classic has been doing extensive clean-up work following the Terraport hack which shook the foundation of the ecosystem. This even led to the de-peg of the ecosystems stablecoin, USTC, leading to another catalyst for the bears to exploit. 

Despite this, Terra Classic is putting in the work to re-anchor USTC to the US dollar.

Recently, a proposal hit the community which could potentially fix the stablecoin situation. Proposal 11487, titled USTC Incremental Repeg, Buybacks, Staking, Swaps, aims to fix the problem through a series of steps that would ensure the stability of the stablecoin. 

A Proposal To Fix USTC Fundamentals 

According to the Agora post dedicated to the proposal, two systems would be implemented if the proposal was accepted by the community, namely the Divergence Protocol and Protocol Buybacks. 

The Divergence protocol aims to work by penalizing sellers that sell the USTC below the current market price. For example, if the seller creates an order to sell USTC at $0.95, he will only get $0.90 in profit as the Divergence fee will be deducted from the transaction.

RedlineDrifter, the mind behind the proposal, also said that the protocol would be implemented across all USTC trading pairs both on and off-chain but not on regular blockchain transactions.

This means only trading activity will experience this system and not everyday transactions. The Divergence fee would then be used in the protocol buyback system that would automatically buy back USTC to defend the tokens peg to the US dollar.

If core inflation rates fall, a bullish reaction is expected in the crypto market, and Solana is perfectly positioned to deliver a massive upside bounce.

As we discussed in our analysis two days ago, SOL faced an extremely important trend decision on the 1-day chart over the past days. Already since the end of December 2022, Solana has formed an uptrend. However, the ascending trend line (black) was tested by the bears several times in the last few days.

Currently, the SOL price is clearly above the trendline again. Thus, if the PCE in the US is favorable today, Solana could start a run towards the 200-day Exponential Moving Average (EMA) (blue).

Coinbase Global and the US Securities and Exchange Commission have been at loggerheads for some time, and on Friday, Coinbase CEO Brian Armstrong released a video message calling the SECs warning not constructive and not good for America.

The friction between Coinbase and the SEC is part of a bigger attempt by the US government to regulate the cryptocurrency sector. SEC Chair Gary Gensler has called for cryptocurrency exchanges to register with the agency, which is the source of the animosity between Coinbase and the SEC.

This warning was issued by Armstrong in response to a Wells Notice that was delivered to Coinbase a month ago. The Wells Notice stated that the staff of the SEC had formed a preliminary determination to suggest an enforcement action for Coinbase for violating federal securities laws.

Coinbase CEO Opens Up On SECs Hardline Crypto Stance

In response to the Wells notice, Coinbase, the largest cryptocurrency exchange in the United States by volume, filed a letter to the SEC arguing that the regulators staffs legal arguments are flawed and untested and that an enforcement action would present major programmatic risks to the commission.

While Armstrong made it clear in his video that he was ready to take on the SEC in court, Coinbases written response to the SEC claimed that the agencys threat of litigation appears intended to pressure the organization into agreeing with the SECs position that all cryptoassets on the Coinbase platform are securities.

Also featured in the video was Coinbases chief legal officer, who indicated the company was ready to visit the SEC at any time to create a feasible future for the cryptocurrency industry in the United States.

In the 14 days since 2023 rolled in, the SEC has taken action against crypto entities and individuals with 14 separate orders of enforcement. Crypto staking schemes offered by other exchanges including Bittrex and Kraken have also been accused of offering the sale of unregistered securities.

Coinbase has responded by saying it will oppose any regulation of its own staking scheme, which is distinct from Krakens.

Despite claims from the SEC staff that Coinbases staking services constitute investment contracts, Coinbase maintains that it does not list, clear, or affect trading in securities through its platform.

Its important to have a place you can go where you can talk about your problems with people who get it and support you. Unfortunately, some of the people in my group confuse support with hugging.

Luckily Ive been able to avoid near brushes with human contact through a method I call porcupining. Its sort of like peacocking but instead of doing it for attention, you do it so that standing within 5 feet of you is a hazard. Hug on that, motherfucker.

Heres how to fashionably and tactically spike yourself to let even the most tenacious potential hugger know here be pain.

Hair: 3-30, any size
This one is more psychological than practical, so go with however many liberty spikes feel right.

Chest: 20-40 studs, medium length

Im 37F and I come from a close-knit family. I have 2 younger siblings (28M and 27F) and my sister recently got engaged to FBIL (23M) after dating him for around a year. We all know him well and I have always got along with him. He comes from a rough background but he has always been very polite and charming. There was recently a family event which FBIL attended. He was quiet during the day (he is normally high-energy and sociable) then disappeared for a while. When I went outside for some fresh air I bumped into him.

He was emotional and said it was a hard day for him due to negative associations. He ended up offloading some quite shocking things from his past including that he has a history of very serious drug use (including needles) and that he has done s^x work and p**n (men and women).

I felt for him at the time because he was so upset (literally crying on my shoulder) but afterwards I felt more and more uncomfortable.

The traditional banking system is facing major challenges, and according to top financial expert Bernstein, Bitcoin (BTC) could be a savior.

Bernstein analysts foresee Bitcoins long-awaited mainstream adoption could be potentially triggered by the US banking crisis.

The analysts suggest that the current state of the banking system will fuel a new crypto cycle, driven by mass migration to self-custody wallets. In a note seen by CNBC, analysts Gautam Chhugani and Manas Agrawal noted: 

The safe haven signal will lead to a new crypto cycle, pushing digital wallets as on-chain savings accounts. The gap between Treasury rates and bank deposit rates will continue to hollow out banks, with weak balance sheets leading to another round of mass migration to money markets. 

According to Bernstein analysts, with recent events causing widespread financial uncertainty, investors are increasingly looking towards alternative investment options such as Bitcoin.

BTC Continues Its Uptrend

Despite the supposed buy signal, Bitcoin (BTC) hasnt made any significant move yet. Instead, it has only seemed to picked up from its slowed-down uptrend in recent weeks. Over the past 24 hours, the top crypto has surged only 1.5% with a market price of $29,402, at the time of writing.

This gearing uptrend comes after a notable fall from the $30,000 region in recent weeks. So far, Bitcoin has a 24-hour range between a low of $28,748 and a high of $29,869. Alongside its price, the BTC market cap has also seen an uptrend. Its trading volume signals buying pressure indicating a possible continuous bullish trend. 

Over the past week, Bitcoins market capitalization have surged from a low of $527 billion on April 22 to as high as $569 billion as of today. Its trading volume has also spiked from a daily trading volume of $19 billion to $23.3 billion, over the same period.

Ether price is also well above $1,850 and the 100-hourly Simple Moving Average. Besides, there is a key contracting triangle forming with resistance near $1,920 on the hourly chart of ETH/USD.

Immediate resistance is near the $1,925 level and the triangle region. A close above the $1,925 level might start a fresh rally. In the stated case, the price could rise toward the $1,960 resistance. Any more gains could send Ether toward the $2,000 resistance. Finally, if the bulls remain in action, there could be a drift toward the $2,120 level where the bears might take a stand and protect more gains.

Its nearly two hours long, but well worth your time to listen to several times at normal speed if you want to learn more about these topics. Dinkov is probably the most educated student of Ray Peat, who passed away around Thanksgiving 2022, leaving behind a legacy of iconoclastic wisdom on how to optimize biological health.

Amino Acid Restriction and the Reversal of Obesity

As noted by Saladino, a well-accepted idea within the longevity industry is that to live long, you need to eat as little as possible. Its basically a mentality of no pain, no gain. And that has also morphed into more pain, more gain. But is starving yourself really necessary?

As youll learn in this podcast, the answer is no. You dont have to restrict calories. You can get the same results simply by restricting certain inflammatory amino acids.

According to Dinkov, longevity studies have found that tryptophan restriction helps achieve the longest lifespan extension, followed by cysteine and methionine restriction. Tryptophan and methionine are essential amino acids, so you do need some, but research suggests the daily need of these amino acids is very small. Dinkov explains:

A study with obese Type 2 diabetic people found that if you restrict methionine intake per day to be no more than 2 milligrams per kilogram body weight [you can reverse the obesity].

For somebody who weighs 200 pounds thats about 200 milligrams per day. Thats a really tiny amount, but it was sufficient to cover the requirements for methionine and resulted in in reversal of the obesity.

They also noticed that the subjects arrested metabolic rate increased. So, we have another finding here that goes against the story of the day, which is that if you increase your metabolism, it's going to lead to reduced lifespan ... This study found that that's probably not the case, because when they increased the metabolic rate, these people became healthier.

No Pain, No Gain Paradigm Is Likely False

Interestingly enough, those fed a vegan diet ended up faring the worst. So, fasting, eating a vegan diet, and engaging in strenuous exercise may actually be highly counterproductive.

This story is about the crossroads and the long-term significance of our everyday choices. It is also about the practical strategy of making choices wisely and without fear. Oh, and Anthem. It is also about Anthem bribing physicians to put shots in arms.

Why do our everyday choices matter? Because the road to fully-blown hell is usually paved with a gradual erosion of standards and with small but gradually increasing compromises with the bad guys. Psychological pressure against wise choices is a deliberate step. It's a metaphorical spell.

That particular dynamic of self-betrayal has occurred so many times in history that it's not even cute. And in the end, after a very long journey through rough terrain, things usually turn around but that only happens when people start acting wise! And sometimes, choosing the right thing feels just very but it's okay to feel this way temporarily and still chose to do the right thing:

Timing Matters

The tactical challenge of "waking people up" is that it usually takes a while for the standards to fully erode, and in the meanwhile, people often choose to ignore the "sea change" until the consequences of the eroded standards start stinking rancidly and directly into people's noses.

For example, the lockdowns of 2020 and the incredible attack on citizen dignity would have been impossible without a preceding cascade of psychological "updates" that, little by little, ate into the public perception of how protected one's personal space should be, and how much intrusion by authority figures would be too much.

Remember the arc? "See something, say something," the ritual of taking off the shoes at the airport like obedient little slaves, the normalization of paternalistic barking by the political talking heads and this is how little by little, bite by bite, the psychological stage was set for what we experienced in 2020.

My personal observation of the past three years is that "living in interesting times" dystopia is a sobering and humbling educational experience because it made me realize that this is how history works, and this is exactly how it worked in the past, too.

Cellphones were classified as a Group 2B "possible carcinogen"¹ in 2011 by the International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC), an arm of the World Health Organization and the global gold standard for the classification of toxins.

This classification was based on evidence showing that nonionizing electromagnetic field (EMF) radiation from cellphones can trigger abnormal cell growth and tumors.^2,3 In my view, this is a mistake and, just like smoking, I am confident it will be recategorized in the future to a 1A carcinogen.

Earlier this year, preliminary findings of two government-funded animal studies⁴ were published that further support the notion that cellphone radiation has carcinogenic potential.

The finalized report⁵ of these two studies conducted by the National Toxicology Program (NTP), an interagency research program under the auspices of the National Institute of Environmental Health Sciences was released November 1, 2018. While the preliminary report released in February 2018 significantly downplayed the findings, subsequent peer review upgraded the findings of risk.

From Orlando Sentinel: An Orlando psychiatrist has been prohibited from treating female patients after multiple women accused him of sexual assault, according to an emergency order by the Florida Department of Health.

In the license restriction order signed by Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo on April 5, DOH said it will conduct a formal proceeding to discipline Dr. Iftikhar Rasul.

In each case, Rasul allegedly groped his patients under the guise of a medical procedure, like checking their heart rate or blood pressure.

Niche news network Sky News Australia has conducted a forensic analysis of their ratings and the results indicated that their ridiculously low ratings were a result of putting out a crappy product rather than cancel culture.

This came as a shock, said a company Spokesperson. I mean we thought a team of Bolt, Murray, Credlin and Morgan would be ratings winners.

Boy did we get that wrong.

When asked given their diabolically low ratings whether the station needed to change course and go back to reporting news rather than starting culture wars, the Spokesperson said: Wheres the fun in that?

Our network takes pride in the crap we put out, like the upcoming ABC hit piece that old mate Chris Kenny knocked up.

We have high hopes for this, it might even get more than 10 viewers.
